Standard Window Cleaning

Our maintenance-level window cleaning designed for homes with windows that are already in good condition and cleaned regularly.

Standard service includes professional glass cleaning and a light wipe-down of frames to maintain clarity between more detailed cleanings. This package is best suited for homes that have received a WORKS cleaning within the past 12 months and are maintaining that level of cleanliness.

Screen cleaning and Rain-X exterior glass protection may be added to further enhance results.

All package counts are for interior, exterior, or a combination of surfaces.  To clean inside AND outside windows, you can buy two or more packages as needed.  Choose from 20, 30, 40, or 50 window packages.

Screen cleaning and Rain-X exterior glass protection are available as optional add-ons.

An additional charge of $2.75 per window per side will be charged for paned windows.  

An additional charge of $2.75 per screen will be charged for any exterior screens that must be removed from the inside. This fee is waived if Rigdon is cleaning both the interior and exterior of affected windows.  Homeowner can remove the screens prior to the appointment to avoid additional charges.
